Been doing a lot of short sale listings but recently it's been difficult getting those behind to spring into action. I'd love to hear ideas on how to motivate those needing to short sale. On a positive note, I had a disabled vet call me today. I had him call his lender, they reduced his rate 6 or 7 percentage points and he's able to keep his house, way to go Saxon!
